Robert M. Morris, COA/Surgical Technician

Robert M. Morris is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and Certified Ophthalmic Surgical Technician for Harold F. Leeper, M.D., Ph.D., Inc. Mr. Morris has over twenty years of clinical and surgical experience in seven ophthalmology subspecialties.

Robert received his initial training while serving two tours of duty in the United States Navy as a hospital corpsman.  He served five years as a technician at the Navy’s Ophthalmology Residency Program at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, California.  In addition to his military ophthalmology experience, Robert has 10 years of experience in ophthalmology private practices in California and Florida. Robert has assisted in numerous clinical and surgical trials involving intravitreal, intracorneal and intraocular implants as well as wave front and femtosecond technology for laser vision correction.  Robert joined Dr. Leeper in September of 2001.
